Oh man... maybe my favorite post I've read of yours yet. For me anyway, that was straight to my heart and perfectly encapsulated how I feel most often. Not only in the voice, but in the dangers I work to avoid in using that voice. Thank you for the beautiful and poetic presentation of what is so spot on for many of us.
The prophet-artist is such a beautiful path, and so necessary for the thriving of the world, yet it does not come without a significant cost, and I know you know. Even so, I'm glad God called you and Carm to it.
I was writing earlier this week about removing titles and public image from myself in order to be genuine with God and in my art/ prophetic expression. Thank you for posting.
