For my novel update this week, I’m excited to share a personal audio recording I originally created for my Patreon supporters just as I was completing the final novel in the series back in May of 2024.
In the recording, I pull back the veil on Gideon’s difficult backstory. We take a deeper dive into his troubled childhood, his unresolved traumas, and the resulting psychological hang ups that make him into the complex character we meet on page 1 of Gideon’s Dawn.
Much of what you’ll hear in this recording is never shared directly in the novels…but hints of everything I share abound throughout the story, and can be deduced by any curious reader with a keen eye.
For anyone who’s reading the books, this will only deepen your appreciation not only of Gideon but also of the adventure he is taking us on through the books.
